By accessing or using Life Lessons ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. User content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and improve your content as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

You may not use the Service to harass others, distribute malware, scrape or overload our systems without permission, impersonate others, or post unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

Paid features, subscriptions, or marketplace transactions may be subject to additional terms shown at checkout. Prices and taxes are as displayed. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Lessons and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of fifty dollars ($50) or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or operational reasons, with or without notice where permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
